Developer Protection Clause

1. Developer & Technical Access Agreement

Any developer, contractor, agency, or technical partner (“Developer”) who is granted access to Pocket Stylist systems, infrastructure, codebase, or data agrees to the following:

Ownership

All intellectual property remains the sole and exclusive property of Pocket Stylist and Aletté Winckler.

This includes:

• Source code
• Backend systems
• Algorithms and logic
• Databases and structures
• UI/UX design
• Features, tools, and functionality
• Product strategy and architecture

Strict Prohibitions

The Developer may NOT:

• Copy, reuse, or replicate any part of the system
• Use any code, logic, or structure in another project
• Create similar or competing applications
• Share, sell, or disclose any part of the system
• Retain copies of code, data, or architecture after engagement ends

Confidentiality

All access is strictly confidential.

The Developer agrees:

• Not to disclose any information
• Not to discuss the system publicly or privately
• Not to use insights gained for any other purpose

Ownership of Work

Any work created:

• Automatically becomes the property of Pocket Stylist
• May not be reused or repurposed by the Developer

Breach

Any breach will result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action
• Claims for damages

2. Consultant License Agreement

Pocket Stylist Professional Use License

By using Pocket Stylist Studio, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

What You MAY Do

• Use the app to serve your clients
• Generate styling and colour results
• Incorporate outputs into your client consultations
• Build your business using the platform

What You MAY NOT Do

You may NOT:

• Copy or recreate the Pocket Stylist system
• Build your own tools based on the platform
• Extract and reuse the logic, structure, or methodology
• Use outputs to train others outside of intended use
• Share login access
• Resell or redistribute the app or its outputs

Important Clarification

You are licensed to use the system, not to own, adapt, or replicate it.

Breach

Any misuse will result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination
• Removal of access
• Possible legal action

3. Screenshot & Sharing Policy

Content Sharing & Screenshot Policy

We encourage our community to share their experience using Pocket Stylist. However, to protect the integrity of the platform, the following applies:

What You MAY Share

• Your experience using the app
• Your personal results
• General feedback or testimonials
• Lifestyle content featuring the app

What You MAY NOT Share

You may NOT:

• Share full screenshots of app systems, flows, or backend
• Reveal how the system works
• Show step-by-step processes
• Share outputs in a way that reveals methodology
• Teach or explain the system publicly
• Post content that enables replication

Guideline

If someone could recreate or reverse-engineer the system from your content, it may not be shared.

Breach

Failure to comply may result in:

• Content removal requests
• Suspension of access
• Termination of account
