Before You Purchase

• All digital products, app features, and subscriptions are non-refundable
• Tokens, credits, and in-app purchases are non-refundable
• Courses are non-refundable but transferable (if applicable)
• None of the app, systems, or outputs may be copied or replicated in any way

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Pocket Stylist provides immediate access to proprietary tools, technology, and digital resources.

Once access is granted, the value of the product has already been delivered. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on digital products, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

This policy protects the integrity of the platform and ensures fairness across all users.

General Terms and Conditions

• All tools, systems, tokens, and digital outputs

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms

2. Nature of the Platform

Pocket Stylist is a digital styling and image consulting platform designed to:

• Provide personalised style and colour guidance
• Support professionals in client consultations
• Offer proprietary tools and digital outputs

It is a tool designed to assist and empower, not guarantee outcomes.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you input
• How you apply recommendations
• Any decisions made using the platform

Pocket Stylist does not replace professional judgment.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in applicable currency
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

Refund Policy

Digital Products & App Access:

• No refunds once access is granted

Subscriptions:

• Non-refundable once billing cycle has started
• You may cancel future renewals at any time

Tokens / Credits:

• Non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Courses (if offered):

• Non-refundable
• Transferable to another person or future date

Intellectual Property (Critical)

All aspects of Pocket Stylist are protected intellectual property.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The app itself
• All features and functionality
• The system, structure, and logic
• Algorithms and outputs
• Colour systems and style systems
• User interface and experience
• Content, wording, and recommendations
• Client results and generated profiles
• Pocket Stylist Studio systems

Strict Prohibition

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Copy any part of the app
• Replicate the system, logic, or outputs
• Recreate similar tools, apps, or platforms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or analyse the system
• Extract or reuse data or outputs
• Share screenshots or system flows for replication
• Use outputs to build your own products, services, or tools
• Train others using Pocket Stylist systems outside intended use
• Allow others access to your account

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any attempt to:

• Copy
• Replicate
• Recreate
• Derive from
• Commercialise

Any part of Pocket Stylist will be considered a serious breach and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action
• Claims for damages

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose
• Respect the intellectual property
• Not misuse or exploit the system

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers and are not liable for their performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Stylist is not liable for:

• Styling outcomes
• Business results
• Client outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pocket Stylist against claims arising from:
